ABSTRACT

Effective farming practices for the well-being of dairy cattle include providing clean, comfortable housing with ample space, proper ventilation, and suitable bedding. A balanced diet with access to fresh water is crucial for maintaining health and productivity. Regular veterinary care, including vaccinations and disease prevention, ensures the overall health of the animals. Gentle handling, proper hoof care, and effective reproductive management reduce stress and promote longevity. These practices enhance the welfare of dairy cattle, improving their quality of life and farm productivity.
