ABSTRACT

Ms. Lilly Mathew is an explicit model of a successful woman dairy entrepreneur. She is a true inspiration to other farmer folks in the country. According to her, there is need to develop a constructive and supportive dairy entrepreneurial ecosystem to see positive cultural, economic, social and market growth. Her entrepreneurial behaviour translates her into a practical textbook for aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly women. Dairy farmers can maximize their yields with technical support, mentoring, and up-to-date information on technological advancements in the sector.
