ABSTRACT

Getting a female calf in every parturition is always desired by a dairy farmer. Nowadays, male animals have very limited use in agriculture and are mostly unwanted. To check the birth of male animals, the use of sexed semen technology is very effective and can solve the problem of surplus male animals. Use of this technology will result in birth of more female animals which will promote the growth of dairy sector and also contribute towards animal welfare.
