ABSTRACT

In past, quality of milk and milk products was determined by traditional testing methods which were time consuming and needed a specially trained manpower. Nowadays, advanced, accurate and operator friendly instrumental methods are being used for analysis of milk and milk products. In spite of putting all required efforts in the analysis of milk and milk products, some dairies are not getting the desired and accurate test results especially in raw milk.
