ABSTRACT

Organic labelling is not a measure of the quality or safety of a product. As with all organic foods, it is the process that makes milk organic, not the final product. The organic principles and practices promote ecological balance, foster the cycling of resources and conserve the biodiversity. Synthetic milk is a product closely resembling natural milk, but is adulterated up to an extent that may cause severe health hazard when consumed.
