ABSTRACT

Unhealthy, modern and sedentary life style have introduced various preventable diseases into the modern man's life such as obesity, cardiac disorders and diabetes, impacting not only their health but their social life too. These stress induced metabolic diseases appear to inter-digitate in a complex cause-and-effect relationships which leads to individuals with reduced fertility or infertility along with a marked reduction in sex hormones. People over the ages have tried different regimens for treating infertility but have ultimately ended up with ephemeral effects, if any. As a viable alternative and with no side effect Dahi has now emerged as a fertility booster with several other advantages with it.
