ABSTRACT

The article presents Vidya Dairy’s Total Quality Management system as a fully embedded, data-driven management philosophy. Through structured Apex Steering Committee reviews, Kaizen initiatives, statistical process control, and extensive employee and student involvement, TQM is shown to drive operational excellence, sustainability, cost efficiency, and continuous capability building.
